How the 14 weeks unfold.

Every protocol opens with a private consultation to confirm the fit, set your intention, and prepare the ground of the work.

The protocol itself unfolds over fourteen weeks:

Two weeks of preparation — dietary and energetic preparation for your body to receive the medicine, sourcing your Iboga through a trusted international supplier I introduce you to, and the initial ritual opening.

Seven weeks of Microdosing — daily sub-perceptual doses of Iboga, weekly 90-minute channelled coaching sessions to integrate what has arisen, and ongoing WhatsApp support between calls.

Four weeks of integration — the closing ritual, deep integration work, and the anchoring of the transformation into your daily life.

Throughout the entire protocol: my Alchemical Channelled Coaching (10 video sessions in total) · continuous WhatsApp support · lifelong access to the online curriculum containing meditations, guidance, and integration tools.

Therapy for couples: a shared protocol.

The Body Flow Iboga Microdosing® can also be undertaken as a couple.

For couples in whom something has gone quiet — where communication has thinned, where old wounds keep resurfacing, where the same painful patterns return no matter how much love remains — this protocol offers a rare, real solution.

Throughout the fourteen weeks, both of you engage with the protocol simultaneously. Iboga works, in each of you individually, on the wounds and the patterns that have been shaping the couple without your awareness — betrayal, misunderstanding, sadness, resentment, the invisible wall that has kept forming between you.

Our weekly channelled sessions become couple sessions. Each partner is guided through their own deepening healing — because the healing of the couple begins in the healing of each individual within it.

For some couples, the work is shared: uncovering the tensions that have quietly shaped the relationship for years, releasing resentments and old sorrows that were never truly put down, breaking the patterns that keep resurfacing no matter how many times you've tried to leave them behind — and rebuilding from there, together, on ground that finally feels solid.

For others, each partner is working through something entirely their own — a separate goal, a separate threshold to cross. Even then, microdosing Iboga together holds real value. It keeps you moving at the same rhythm, so that neither of you outgrows the other while stepping into your own breakthrough. And something else happens when two people undergo this experience side by side, even with entirely different intentions: an understanding that only those who have microdosed Iboga can truly share. It becomes a quiet thread between you — a language only the two of you speak.

Note on the Iboga plant

I do not sell or provide the Iboga plant. The protocol includes access to the contact of a trusted international supplier who ships worldwide with superior-quality Iboga. The cost of the plant (approximately £250) is separate from the programme investment. Each participant is responsible for sourcing and using the Iboga in accordance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

This is the deepest work I hold. It calls a very specific kind of person — and it is not suited for everyone.

You will feel this is your work if:

This work is not suited for you if:

You are new to inner work — a lighter, gentler practice is more appropriate as a first step. Most importantly, you need to know yourself, and know why you are coming to Iboga.
You have not yet integrated the understanding that you are the co-creator of your own reality.
You suffer from a personality disorder (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, severe depression), which requires a specialised medical accompaniment.
You are unable to fully stop alcohol, caffeine, weed, CBD, other sacred plants, and other psychoactive substances for the duration of the protocol.
You have an active addiction — an ibogaine clinic is more appropriate.
You are looking for a passive experience, rather than a deep, active engagement with your own transformation.

Can I continue my life during the protocol?

Yes — this is the whole point of the microdosing modality.

Unlike a full-flood ceremony, which requires several days of full withdrawal from daily life, the Body Flow Iboga Microdosing® is designed to unfold while you continue everything that matters to you: your work, your family, your responsibilities.
